The Verso machine is the result of an Anglo – Italian joint venture and has been designed to tackle heavy duty applications within industry. The Verso is built with a solid powder-coated steel chassis with 4 x 10" (250mm) semi-pneumatic wheels that ensure good manoeuvrability is combined with stability. The boiler comprises of a heavy-gauge epoxy powder coated jacket, featuring stainless steel upper and lower head assemblies and a stainless steel lower flame break ring. Heat diffusion is maximized by a retained fire cement bottom - which is replaceable - and deflected around a double-wound seamless 3mm section coil assembly, making this unit compact but highly efficient. All Verso machines are fitted with top quality industrial pumps featuring a 3-piston ceramic plunger system, long-life hardened crankshafts and oil immersed bearing profile. All the wetted parts are constructed of brass or stainless steel ensuring maximum anti-corrosion properties. |
| The whole range is equipped with the unique F.S.A. System. This comprises of a special flow-sensitive regulator which ensures no pressure remains trapped in the high-pressure line during bypass operation or shut down mode. Low voltage controls (24v) have been fitted as standard to achieve maximum operator safety, complemented by a fully automated, timed total shut down system (90 sec) with mains interruption release and thermal overload protection for motor and boiler. Low-level fuel cut off is standard on all Verso models. Motor All Verso units feature a direct drive four-pole electric motor running at 1400 – 1450 RPM, incorporating squirrel cage rotor construction and bi-directional cooling fan providing maximum efficiency. Boiler The boiler comprises of a heavy gauge epoxy powder coated jacket, featuring stainless steel upper and lower head assemblies and a stainless steel lower flame break ring.
